Sautéed Green Beans And Red Peppers With Caramelized Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 tbsp butter
    1 None large onion, thinly sliced
    1 tsp sugar
    1 lb thin green beans, trimmed
    1 None small sweet red pepper, sliced
    1 tsp lemon juice
Preparation
    In a skillet, heat oil, butter, onion and sugar over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 10 mins, until caramelized.
    Meanwhile, blanch green beans in boiling salted water for 2 mins, or until just tender. Drain. Add green beans, red pepper and lemon juice to onion mixture and toss to coat. Season.
