Blue Cheese And Pear Bruschetta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small baguette, diagonally sliced
    4 oz gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
    1 None Bosc pear, cored and finely chopped
    4 None pitted dates, finely chopped
    2 cups baby arugula leaves
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 tsp balsamic vinegar
Preparation
    Preheat the broiler. Line a baking pan with foil.
    Arrange bread on pan. Spray with no stick cooking spray. Toast 2-3 mins each side or until golden and crisp. Sprinkle with gorgonzola. Broil until melted.
    Combine remaining ingredients in a medium bowl. Season. Top toasts with a little salad. Serve with remaining salad on the side.
