Cashew And Walnut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups spelt flour
    2 cups whole wheat flour
    1 tsp salt
    2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
    2/3 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
    2/3 cup cashew nuts, coarsely chopped
Preparation
    Mix the flours and salt in a bowl. Dissolve the yeast in 1 1/2 cups lukewarm water in a mixer bowl. Add the flour mixture and knead with the dough hook until smooth. Add the nuts and knead briefly with your hands. Cover and let stand in a warm place for 1 hour.
    Divide the dough in half. Shape into 2 baguettes on a floured work surface. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the loaves on it. Let stand for 45 mins.
    Preheat the oven to 425\u00b0F. Bake for 20 mins or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool the loaves on a wire rack.
