Chunky Olive And Herb Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2.5 oz finely chopped pitted green olives
    1 tbsp finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
    1 tbsp finely chopped mint leaves
    1/2 tbsp finely chopped fresh dill leaves
    6 None anchovy fillets, drained, finely chopped
    2 tsp finely grated lemon zest
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    1/2 cup olive oil
