Tropical Fruit Popsicles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box mango Jell-O (85 g)
    1 cup boiling water
    1 (14 oz can) crushed pineapple, pureed
    1/2 cup apple juice
    2/3 cup frozen raspberries
    2 None passionfruit
Preparation
    In a large heat-proof jug combine Jell-O crystals and boiling water, stirring until dissolved. Mix in pineapple and apple juice.
    Divide raspberries and passionfruit pulp between 10 (2 1/2 oz) popsicle molds. Pour mixture over the fruit to fill the molds. Freeze for a minimum of 2-3 hours.
