Ingredients

2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 None onion, thinly sliced
2 heads broccoli, cut into florets
2 tbsp hot curry paste
1/3 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted
Preparation

Heat oil in large skillet on high heat. Saute onion for 2-3 mins until tender. Add broccoli. Cook, covered, for 4-5 mins, until just tender.
Stir in curry paste, then cream. Cook, stirring, for 1-2 mins, until heated through. Season to taste.
Serve broccoli sprinkled with the almonds.
