Mushroom Spread Toasties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 lbs mixed mushrooms
    2 tbsp olive oil
    3 tbsp butter
    3 cloves garlic, crushed
    3 sprigs fresh thyme
    1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
    2 tbsp finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
    2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    8 oz brioche, cut into 1/3-inch thick slices and toasted
    1/3 cup sour cream
    2 tbsp finely chopped fresh chives
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 300\u00b0F.
    Process mushrooms until finely chopped.
    Heat oil and butter in large skillet on medium-high heat. Cook garlic, thyme and mushrooms, stirring, until tender. Discard thyme stems. Stir in cheese, parsley and Worcestershire sauce.
    Cut out 1 1/2-inch rounds from brioche slices. Place on baking pan. Toast again in oven about 5 mins or until crisp.
    Place 1 tsp mushroom mixture on each toast. Top with sour cream and chives.
