Ingredients

5.25 oz white chocolate, coarsely chopped
1 None egg
2 tbsp orange liqueur
2 tbsp sugar
3/4 cup heavy cream
1 oz pickled ginger, finely chopped
4.5 oz blackberries, halved
7 oz strawberries, sliced
3 tbsp cardamom syrup
None None finely chopped pistachios for garnish
Preparation

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Remove from the stove and allow to cool. Add the egg, liqueur and sugar and whisk it until it's creamy. Whip the cream until stiff and combine the chocolate mixture with one third of the cream. Fold in the remaining cream and the chopped ginger and chill for 4-5 hours.
Mix the berries and syrup and serve them with the chocolate mousse, sprinkled with pistachios.
