Quinoa, Cranberry And Pear Salad With Spring Greens - cooking recipe
Ingredients

50 g quinoa
20 g dried cranberries
10 g pine nuts
3 None leaves radicchio lettuce, shredded
Few None leaves chicory, shredded
Handful None rocket
1/2 None pear, cored and sliced
1/2 tsp maple syrup
1/2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tbsp walnut oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Preparation

Cook quinoa according to package directions. Drain and set aside for 5 mins. Mix maple syrup, olive oil, walnut oil and vinegar. Season to taste then toss with remaining ingredients.
