Lobster And Papaya Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1/4 cup white wine vinegar
    1 tsp chopped capers
    1 tsp chopped dill
    1 head baby Romaine lettuce, leaves washed, torn
    1/2 None papaya, seeded, peeled and sliced
    2 None cooked lobster tails, sliced
    1/2 cup sliced roasted red pepper
    2 tbsp snipped chives
Preparation
    For the caper dressing, whisk oil, vinegar, capers and dill in a small bowl. Season to taste.
    Combine all the remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Drizzle with the dressing, toss well and serve.
