Heavenly Garlic Greens - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch broccolini, trimmed
    4 oz snow peas, trimmed
    1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and halved lengthwise
    1 bunch bok choy, leaves separated
    1 tbsp vegetable oil
    2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tsp oyster sauce
Preparation
    Bring a large saucepan of salted water to a boil on high heat. Blanch broccolini for 30 secs. Add snow peas, asparagus and bok choy for further 30 secs. Drain well, reserving 2 tbsp cooking water.
    Heat oil in a wok or large skillet on medium heat. Cook garlic for 1 min, until fragrant and lightly golden. Stir in reserved cooking water and sauces.
    Add vegetables to wok, gently tossing to coat. Stir-fry for 1-2 mins and serve hot.
