Tuna Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley leaves
    -1 None Tuna Pasta Salad
    7 oz farfalle, bow-tie pasta
    1 (6 oz) can tuna in olive oil
    5 oz sugar snap peas, trimmed
    1 None red pepper, seeded, chopped
    1 cob corn, cooked, kernels removed
    2 oz baby spinach
    1/4 cup raisins
Preparation
    Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice and parsley. Set aside.
    Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and let cool.
    Transfer cooled pasta to a large bowl along with tuna, sugar snap peas, pepper, corn, spinach and raisins. Add dressing and toss to combine.
