Pasta Salad With Feta And Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz pasta, such as small shells or penne
    2 cups crumbled feta cheese
    1 1/2 cups frozen peas, thawed
    1/3 cup raisins, coarsely chopped
    1/3 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
    1 cup loosely packed basil leaves, shredded
    1 cup loosely packed mint leaves, plus additional, to serve
    2 None green onions, sliced
    2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    1 tbsp red wine vinegar
Preparation
    Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water according to package directions. Drain well. Place in a large bowl. Cool slightly.
    Add remaining ingredients to pasta. Season to taste and mix well. Serve topped with additional mint leaves.
