Cheese And Ham Logs - cooking recipe

5 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 pkg onion soup mix
12 slices bread, crusts removed
12 slices shaved ham
4 tbsp (1/2 stick) butter, melted
3/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 375\u00b0F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
Combine the cream cheese and soup mix to make a smooth paste. Spread the bread generously with the cream cheese mixture. Top each slice with a ham slice. Roll up from the long side to form a log. Place the logs on the prepared pan. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake for 8-10 mins until golden.
