Green Bean And Tomato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup olive oil
    2 tbsp red wine vinegar
    1 tsp tomato paste
    2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
    8 oz green beans, trimmed
    1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
    2 None hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1/4 cup sliced red pepper
    2 tbsp chopped white onion
Preparation
    Whisk together olive oil, vinegar, tomato paste and parsley. Season then set aside.
    Blanch green beans in boiling salted water for 2 mins, or until just tender. Shock in ice water then drain and pat dry. Toss with vinaigrette, tomatoes, eggs, pepper and onion. Season.
