Hollandaise Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 None egg yolks
1/2 cup unsalted butter, cubed
None None lemon juice, to taste
Preparation

Combine egg yolks and 1 tbsp water in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of gently simmering water. Whisk vigorously for 1-2 mins, or until light and fluffy. Over medium-low heat, gradually add butter, whisking continuously for 8 mins, or until sauce thickens and is smooth. Season and add lemon juice to taste. Serve warm.
