Spicy Pepper Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tbsp olive oil
1 None red bell pepper, deseeded and diced
1 None onion, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
4-5 None dried red chilies, chopped
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp brown sugar
None None sliced onion, to serve
Preparation

Heat oil in a frying pan, add pepper, onion, garlic and dried chilies. Cook for 8-10 mins until soft then puree in a food processor. Transfer to a pot with vinegar, oregano, cumin and brown sugar. Season and simmer for 2-3 mins. Serve hot or cold, garnished with sliced onion.
