Chicken Pasta Salad With Curry Dressing - cooking recipe

8,75 oz small pasta, cooked, rinsed, drained
2 None cooked chicken breasts, cubed
4.5 oz cherry tomatoes, halved
3 None green onions, finely sliced
3 tbsp fresh basil leaves, torn
1 tbsp butter
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
1 tsp curry paste
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
2 tbsp fruit chutney
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine pasta, chicken, tomatoes, green onions and basil. Set aside.
To make the dressing, melt butter in a small frying pan over low heat. Cook garlic, ginger, curry paste and cayenne until softened. Whisk in cream. Cook until slightly thickened. Add vinegar and chutney. Toss with pasta salad. Season.
