Lemon Roast Chicken And Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 None chicken drumsticks
    4 None new potatoes, cut in quarters
    2 large carrots, cut into similar size as the potatoes
    3 stems fresh rosemary
    5 cloves garlic, flattened, skin left on
    2 tbsp olive oil
    2 None lemons
    1/4 cup white wine
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 325\u00b0F.
    Mix chicken, potatoes, carrots, rosemary, garlic, olive oil and plenty of salt and pepper in baking dish.
    Cut lemons in half and squeeze over each piece of chicken. Place lemon halves in dish. Splash small quantity of white wine over each drumstick. Cover dish loosely with foil.
    Bake for 2 hours. Change oven to broil setting. Remove foil and place baking dish under broiler. Broil until chicken and vegetables are browned. Serve with crusty bread.
