Southwestern Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup buttermilk
    2 None large eggs
    4 tbsp butter, melted
    2 (8.5 oz) boxes corn muffin mix
    1 (11 oz) can Southwestern style corn, drained
    1/3 cup diced red pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Lightly grease a 9 inch square cake pan.
    Whisk together buttermilk, eggs and butter. Stir in corn muffin mix, corn and pepper. Transfer to prepared pan and bake for 30 mins, or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
