Peach And Almond Galettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sheets filo dough
    None None oil or melted butter, to brush
    1 (28 oz) can sliced peaches, drained
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    1/4 cup demerara sugar
    1 tbsp sliced almonds
    None None frozen yogurt, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Lightly grease 2 baking trays.
    Stack filo dough together, brushing each layer with oil or melted butter. Cut into 4 squares.
    Arrange 2 filo squares on each tray. Top with peaches, leaving a 1 inch border. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Pleat pastry edges around filling to make a border, keeping top open. Brush edges with oil or melted butter then sprinkle with sugar. Sprinkle with sliced almonds and bake for 15-20 mins, until crispy and golden brown.
    Serve galettes warm with frozen yogurt.
