Ploughman'S Lunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices lean cold meat, such as ham, beef or pastrami
    2 oz low-fat Cheddar cheese
    1/3 cup chutney
    None None pickled onions, to serve
    None None pickles, to serve
    None None mixed greens, to serve
    None None bread, to serve
Preparation
    Arrange meat, cheese, chutney, onions, pickles, mixed greens and bread in a lunch box. Chill until required. Pile toppings onto bread or eat as a salad.
