Chili Con Queso - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp vegetable oil
    1/2 small green pepper, finely chopped
    1/2 small onion, finely chopped
    1 tbsp pickled sliced jalapeno peppers, drained and chopped finely
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 cup canned diced tomatoes
    1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
    None None Corn chips, to serve
Preparation
    Heat oil in a medium saucepan on medium heat. Cook pepper, onion, jalapeno and garlic, stirring, for 5 mins or until onion softens. Add tomatoes, cook, stirring, for 2 mins.
    Add cream cheese; whisk until combined and dip is smooth. Season to taste.
    Serve cheese dip hot, accompanied with corn chips.
