Avocado Bacon Cheeseburgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp minced garlic
    1 tsp Dijon mustard
    1 None lemon, zested and juiced
    2 lb ground beef
    1 tbsp mesquite grill seasoning
    1 tsp garlic powder
    6 slices Monterey Jack or Pepper Jack cheese
    6 None brioche burger buns
    6 leaves Boston lettuce
    6 slices applewood smoked bacon, cooked
    3 thick slices red onion
    2 None ripe tomatoes, sliced
    1 None ripe avocado, sliced
    None None fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves, to garnish
Preparation
    Preheat grill.
    In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, garlic, mustard, 1/4 tsp lemon zest and 1 tbsp lemon juice. Season. Set aside.
    In a bowl, combine ground beef, mesquite seasoning and garlic powder. Form into 6 patties. Grill on both sides until cooked to your liking. Top each with a slice of cheese. Grill for 1 min, or until cheese is melted.
    Spread mayonnaise over buns and top with lettuce, burgers, bacon, onion, tomato and avocado. Serve immediately. Garnish with parsley.
