Avocado And Apricot Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tbsp sunflower seeds
2/3 cup plain yogurt
None splash oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
None pinch sugar
1 None avocado, flesh cubed
4 None canned apricot halves, cut into wedges
None None some red-leaf lettuce and frisee leaves, chopped finely
Preparation

Toast the sunflower seeds in a dry pan.
For the dressing, mix the yogurt and oil until smooth. Add the lemon juice and sugar and season to taste.
To serve, toss together the avocado, apricots, lettuce and seeds and drizzle with the dressing.
