Summer Pavlova - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 None egg whites
    1 cup sugar
    1 tsp lemon juice
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    1 1/4 cups heavy cream, whipped
    4 None peaches or nectarines, pitted and sliced
    1 None passion fruit, pulp scooped out
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 300\u00b0F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
    Beat egg whites in a clean, dry bowl with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar, 1 tbsp at a time, beating until sugar has dissolved and foam is stiff, thick and glassy. Beat in lemon juice and vanilla.
    Spread onto prepared pan to form a 10-inch round.
    Bake for 20 mins. Reduce oven temperature to 250\u00b0F. Bake for 55-60 mins. Cool in turned-off oven, with the door ajar, to dry out completely. Spread with whipped cream and decorate with peaches and passion fruit pulp.
