Mocha Zabaglione - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 None egg yolks
    1/2 cup granulated sugar
    1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
    1/2 cup coffee liqueur
    None None dark chocolate curls, to serve
    None None biscotti, to serve
Preparation
    Whisk together egg yolks, sugar, cocoa powder and coffee liqueur until well combined. Place over a double boiler and whisk for 7-8 mins, until pale and fluffy. Remove from heat and transfer to serving bowls. Sprinkle with chocolate curls and serve with biscotti.
