Puzzle Crackers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup finely ground cornmeal, plus extra for dusting
    1/2 cup all-purpose flour
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp sugar
    1/2 tsp chili powder
    2 tbsp curry powder, plus extra for sprinkling
    1/2 cup milk
    1 1/2 tbsp butter
    None None parchment paper
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Place the cornmeal and flour in a bowl with the salt, sugar, chili powder and curry powder. Mix well.
    Heat the milk. Just before it begins to boil, remove from the heat and stir in the butter. Once melted add the flour mixture. Mix to make a dough using an electric mixer fitted with a dough hook.
    Dust a work surface with cornmeal. Roll out the dough, in portions, to 1/8 inch thickness. Cut into pieces using a jigsaw puzzle cookie cutter. Place on 4-5 baking sheets lined with parchment paper. Bake for 8 mins. Allow to cool. Sprinkle with curry powder just before serving.
