Smoked Trout And Avocado Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb smoked rainbow trout, skin and bones removed, flesh flaked into bite-sized pieces
    2 None large avocados, coarsely chopped
    2 None Persian cucumbers, cut into ribbons
    6 None bocconcini cheese (small mozzarella balls), drained, quartered
    3 None shallots, thinly sliced
    2 oz baby arugula
    None None For the Sour Cream Dressing
    1/2 oz baby arugula
    3/4 cup sour cream
    1 tbsp lemon zest
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    1 tbsp olive oil
Preparation
    Combine fish, avocados, cucumbers, cheese, shallots and arugula in a large serving bowl.
    Blend or process ingredients for sour cream dressing until combined and season to taste. Drizzle over salad to serve.
