Chocolate And Apricot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5.25 oz dark chocolate, roughly chopped
    2 cups butter
    4 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
    2 tbsp cocoa powder
    1 1/4 cup granulated sugar
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    4 - 13.5 oz cans apricot halves, drained and cut into wedges
    1 2/3 cups desiccated coconut
    1 - 13.5 oz can sweetened condensed milk
    None None whipped cream, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0F. Grease and flour a 13 x 15 inch baking pan. Melt chocolate and butter over low heat. Mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Add melted chocolate and butter and mix with your hands until crumbly. Place 1/2 in the prepared pan and press to form a crust. Add apricots. Mix coconut and condensed milk then spoon in blobs over cake. Sprinkle with remaining crumble mixture and bake for 35-40 mins. Allow to cool on a wire rack. Cut into 24 squares and serve with whipped cream.
