Warm Tuna And Orzo Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz orzo pasta
    1 tbsp vegetable or olive oil
    1 None red onion, finely chopped
    2 None zucchinis, halved lengthwise, thinly sliced
    1/2 lb cherry tomatoes, halved
    16 oz canned tuna in oil, drained, flaked
    2 oz pitted Kalamata olives
    5 oz mixed baby spinach and arugula
    6 oz feta cheese, crumbled
Preparation
    Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and return to pan.
    Meanwhile, heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add onion and cook, stirring, 5 mins, until soft. Add zucchini and tomatoes. Cook, stirring, 2 mins, until tender. Season.
    Toss zucchini mixture, tuna, olives, greens and feta with pasta. Season and serve.
