Honey, Fruit And Oat Bars - cooking recipe

1 1/2 cupc rolled oats
1 cup self-rising flour
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup dried apricots, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup dried sweetened cranberries, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup Brazil nuts, coarsely chopped
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
10 tbsp (1 1/4 sticks) butter, coarsely chopped
1/3 cup honey
2 None eggs
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease and line a 10 x 6 inch baking pan with parchment paper. Combine oats, flour, sugar, apricot, cranberry, nuts and pumpkin seeds in a large bowl.
Heat butter and honey in a small saucepan. Cook and stir for 3-4 mins or until melted. Cool slightly. Whisk eggs in a medium bowl. Add cooled butter mixture; stir until combined. Add to oat mixture. Stir until well combined. Spread in prepared pan, smoothing top.
Bake for 30-35 mins or until a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
