Garlicky Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 lb green beans, trimmed
    2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, sliced
Preparation
    Blanch green beans in salted, boiling water for 3-5 mins, until bright green and just tender. Drain and rinse under cold water.
    Heat olive oil and garlic over low heat for 2-3 mins, until garlic is fragrant. Add green beans and toss to coat. Serve.
