Tofu And Veggie Stir Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10.5 oz firm tofu, sliced into cubes
    1/4 cup all-purpose flour
    1/4 cup oil
    1 None onion, sliced
    1 tsp grated ginger
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 bunch baby bok choy, halved
    3.5 oz snow peas or sugar snap peas, trimmed
    1/4 cup vegetable stock
    2 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
    1 tsp sesame oil
    None None Steamed rice, to serve
Preparation
    Dust tofu in flour, shaking off excess. Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan on high. Fry tofu 1 min, or until golden brown. Drain on paper towel.
    Add onion, ginger and garlic to wok and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add bok choy and snow peas. Stir-fry 2 mins.
    Combine vegetable stock, soy sauce, sweet chili sauce and sesame oil. Pour over vegetables. Stir-fry 1 min, then return tofu to wok and toss until heated through. Serve with steamed rice.
