Tuna Noodle Casserole With Roasted Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/4 cups cooked macaroni
    15 oz canned tuna, drained, flaked
    10 oz jar char-grilled vegetables, drained, chopped
    1 1/3 cups sour cream
    1/2 cup baby green beans, trimmed and cut into 1-inch lengths, blanched
    1/4 cup sliced green olives
    1/4 cup roughly chopped parsley
    None None Juice of 1 lemon
    3/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
    1/3 cup grated Parmesan
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Lightly grease a 6-cup casserole dish.
    In a large bowl, combine pasta, tuna, vegetables, sour cream, beans, olives, parsley and lemon juice. Season to taste.
    Spoon into prepared dish. Sprinkle with combined cheeses. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden.
