Coconut Cream Dream Cocktail - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 cup coconut cream
1 None egg yolk
1/4 cup blue curacao
1/4 cup Cognac
None None starfruit, sliced, to garnish
None None mint sprigs, to garnish

Preparation

Put the coconut cream, egg yolk, Blue Curacao, Cognac and a few ice cubes in a cocktail shaker and shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass and serve decorated with the starfruit and mint.
