Ingredients

1/2 cup butter, melted
4 None medium eggs, separated
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups 2% milk, warm
2 tbsp powdered sugar, for dusting
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease and line a 7x10 inch cake pan with parchment paper.
Whisk together egg yolks and sugar until creamy. Slowly drizzle in butter and vanilla extract until combined. Sift in flour and mix until just combined. Whip egg whites to stiff peaks then fold in. Transfer to prepared pan and bake for 50-60 mins. Let cool in pan for 2 hours. Dust with powdered sugar to serve.
