Rabbit And Potatoes In Creamy Mustard Sauce - cooking recipe

1 sprig rosemary, leaves chopped
4 tbsp Dijon mustard
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 cup heavy cream
1 None rabbit, jointed and cut into pieces
2 lbs new potatoes
3 tbsp olive oil
2 None onions, peeled and cut into fine rings
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. In a bowl, mix half the rosemary with the mustard, garlic and cream to make a sauce. Season to taste. Coat the rabbit pieces in the sauce and place in a greased baking dish.
Put the potatoes in a bowl with the oil and the rest of the rosemary. Season to taste and stir. Add potatoes to baking dish with the rabbit pieces. Bake for 40 min. Remove from the oven and top with onions, then bake for another 15 mins. Serve hot.
