Panzanella - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    4 thick slices sourdough or ciabatta bread, toasted and torn into chunks
    1 None small red onion, finely sliced
    1 lb yellow cherry tomatoes, halved
    1/2 cup basil leaves
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, whisk together lemon juice, oil and garlic. Season to taste.
    Add bread, onion, tomatoes and basil. Toss to coat in dressing. Serve.
