Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 tbsp vegetable oil
7 oz popcorn kernels
12 tbsp butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
Preparation

In a large pot, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add popcorn kernels. Cover. When you start to hear popping, shake pan occasionally, until popping has almost stopped. Transfer to a large bowl and discard any unpopped kernels.
Combine butter, sugar and honey in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until sugar dissolves and butter melts. Bring to a boil and cook, without stirring, for 5 mins, or until caramel is light golden. Carefully drizzle over popcorn, tossing to coat, then transfer to a large baking tray lined with parchment paper. Set aside until caramel hardens.
Break into pieces and store in an airtight container until ready to serve.
