Hoisin Lamb Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup jasmine rice
    2 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
    2 tbsp vegetable or peanut oil
    7 oz green beans, cut into 1-inch engths
    2 None celery stalks, thinly sliced diagonally
    1 None red pepper, thinly sliced
    1 None red onion, cut into wedges
    1 lb boneless lamb, cut into strips
    1/4 cup hoisin sauce
    2 tbsp chopped cilantro
Preparation
    Cook rice according to package directions. Stir in sesame seeds.
    Meanwhile, heat a wok or large skillet on medium heat. Add 1 tbsp of the oil; swirl to coat surface. Add beans; stir-fry for 8 mins or until just tender. Transfer to a bowl. Add celery, pepper and onion; stir-fry for 5 mins or until tender. Transfer to bowl.
    Heat remaining 1 tbsp oil in wok on medium-high heat. Add lamb; stir-fry, in batches, for 1 min or until browned. Return vegetables to wok with hoisin sauce. Stir-fry for 2 mins or until heated through. Sprinkle with cilantro. Serve with rice.
