Chopped Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head romaine lettuce, shredded coarsely
1 head raddicchio, shredded coarsely
1 None large red pepper, chopped coarsely
1 None small red onion, chopped finely
1 None Persian cucumber, chopped coarsely
3 None large plum tomatoes, chopped coarsely
2 stalks celery, trimmed, chopped finely
2 None red radishes, trimmed, sliced thinly
1/3 cup coarsely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
3 tbsp coarsely chopped fresh basil leaves
5 oz feta cheese, crumbled
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
