Sesame Noodles With Peanuts And Basil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tbsp peanut oil
    1 tbsp finely chopped ginger
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 tbsp sesame oil
    1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
    1 1/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    1 None heaping tbsp sugar
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 lb fresh Chinese egg noodles
    6 None green onions, thinly sliced diagonally
    1/2 cup roasted peanuts
    1/4 cup coarsely torn basil leaves
Preparation
    Heat oil in a small skillet on medium heat. Saute ginger and garlic for 1 min. Transfer to a large bowl. Whisk in sesame oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, sugar and salt.
    Place noodles in a colander in the sink and gently separate strands. Bring a large saucepan of salted water to a boil. Add noodles and cook for 3-4 mins, stirring occasionally, until tender. Drain and rinse under cold water. Drain again and transfer to bowl with soy mixture.
    Add green onions; toss well. Let stand for 1 hour, tossing occasionally.
    Add peanuts and basil. Toss gently and season to taste. Serve at room temperature.
