Beef And Bacon Skewers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
    8 None button mushrooms, halved (or 16 whole, if small)
    1 None zucchini, halved lengthwise and cut into 3/4-inch pieces
    2 slices bacon, quartered
    None None Tzatziki. for serving
Preparation
    Heat a grill pan on medium-high heat or preheat the grill to medium. Thread beef, mushrooms, zucchini and bacon onto eight soaked bamboo skewers.
    Drizzle skewers with olive oil. Grill skewers 3-4 mins each side for medium doneness.
    Serve skewers with tzatziki for dipping. Accompany with Greek salad and flatbread, if desired.
