Chocolate Fudge Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 tbsp (1 1/4 sticks) butter, coarsely chopped
    10 oz semi-sweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
    1 1/2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
    3 None eggs
    1 cup ground hazelnuts
    1/2 cup buckwheat flour
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease and line an 11 x 7-inch baking pan with parchment paper, extending paper above long sides for handles.
    Melt butter and chocolate in a medium saucepan on low heat. Add sugar and stir 2 mins. Cool mixture 10 mins.
    Stir in eggs, then nuts, flour, sour cream and 2 tbsp of the sifted cocoa powder. Spread mixture into prepared pan.
    Bake brownies about 45 mins. Cool completely in pan before cutting into squares. Dust with remaining sifted cocoa powder to serve.
