Apricot Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup self-rising flour, sifted
    1 1/3 cups dried apricots, chopped
    1/2 cup shredded coconut
    1/3 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup butter, melted
    1 None egg
    1 tbsp honey
    1 cup corn flakes
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Lightly grease and line a 7x11 inch rimmed baking pan with parchment paper.
    Combine flour, apricots, coconut and sugar. Whisk together butter, egg and honey then add to flour mixture. Mix until just combined. Transfer to prepared pan. Arrange corn flakes over top and bake for 20-25 mins, until golden. Let cool completely then cut into squares and serve.
