Hard Candy Lollipops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/3 cups granulated sugar
    1/4 cup malt vinegar
    None None colored sprinkles
Preparation
    Oil 24 metal petits four molds.
    In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, vinegar and 1 cup water. Stir over low heat until sugar dissolves. Bring to a boil. Boil, uncovered, until mixture reaches 310\u00b0F on a sugar thermometer, around 10 mins. Remove from heat and let bubbles subside. Carefully pour into prepared molds.
    Let cool for 2 mins then coat tops with sprinkles. Let cool for 10 mins. Insert a small wooden stick into each. Set aside in a cool, dry place to harden.
