Satay Beef Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tbsp smooth peanut butter
    1 tsp reduced sodium soy sauce
    2 None long wholegrain rolls, split
    3 oz thinly sliced rare roast beef
    4 None lettuce leaves
    1 small carrot, thinly sliced
    4 None long sprigs fresh cilantro
    1 None green onion, halved crosswise
    1/2 None fresh long red chili pepper, thinly sliced
    None None Fresh lime juice, to serve
Preparation
    Combine the peanut butter, soy sauce and 1 tbsp boiling water in small bowl. Spread in bread rolls.
    Sandwich the beef, lettuce, carrot, cilantro, green onion and chili pepper between the rolls. Add a squeeze of lime juice before serving, if desired.
