Shrimp, Crab And Avocado Phyllo Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 sheets phyllo dough
    10 oz fresh crab meat
    12 None cooked large shrimp, peeled, deveined and coarsely chopped
    1 large avocado, peeled, pitted and chopped
    1 None mango, peeled, pitted and chopped
    1/3 cup sweet chlli sauce
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
    1 None lime, juiced
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Lightly grease a 12-cup muffin pan.
    Layer 3 sheets of phyllo, spraying each sheet with no stick cooking spray. Repeat with remaining 3 sheets in a separate stack.
    Cut each pastry stack into 8 even squares. Gently press squares into 8 of the muffin cups. Gently press remaining squares over phyllo in pan, rotating slightly to form a star shape. Bake for 8-10 mins, until golden. Cool slightly.
    Mix crab meat, shrimp, avocado, mango, chili sauce, onion, cilantro and lime juice in a large bowl. Spoon mixture into phyllo cups. Serve immediately.
