Shrimp With Chili Dipping Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp finely chopped cilantro
    1 None small red onion, finely chopped
    1 None green chili pepper, seeded, finely chopped
    1/2 cup tomato sauce
    1/2 cup chili sauce
    None None Tabasco sauce, to taste
    None None lime juice, to taste
    4 lbs cooked shirmp
    None None lime wedges, to serve
Preparation
    For the chilli dipping sauce, combine cilantro, onion, chili pepper and sauces in a bowl. Add a few dashes of Tabasco and squeezes of lime juice to taste. Mix well and spoon into small serving bowls.
    Arrange shrimp on a platter of ice. Serve with chili dipping sauce and lime wedges.
